2019 Swimming Intensive Final Day

Today was the final day of my intensive swimming workout program! I swam 600 yds in my workout today, which brought my grand total to three miles! Throughout the intensive, I mastered a new back stroke, and significantly improved my overall cardiovascular fitness! I highly recommend swimming as the perfect workout for building stamina and cardiovascular fitness! Swimming is also an excellent way to simultaneously workout your core, arm, and leg muscles!
