Today I swam another 600 yds in my workout! I worked on a new stroke today, where I rotate more on my axix while I am doing my back stroke. This will help my core strength, and strengthen my oblique muscles. I also worked on my walking in the water. Walking in the water is an effective and safe way for people who are disabled to practice their gate and improve their walking patterns. The water will also provide propeoceptive feedback to the body, which will ultimately increase the body’s ability to balance. Looking forward to Day 4 tomorrow!
