I am excited to be starting my two week intensive swimming workout program this upcoming Monday! My goal is to swim 3.5 miles total during the program! I will be posting pictures and updates about my intensive throughout the week!
I swam 500 yds in my first workout today! I worked on my sideline swim, which focuses on building my ab and core muscles! I also worked on my back stroke, which is a perfect way to loosen and strengthen my shoulder muscles! Looking forward to day 2 tomorrow!
