Throughout my life living with Cerebral Palsy, I have always loved and enjoyed working out with unique exercise programs. I hope this blog will inspire and give readers who face physical disability challenges a chance to discover new ways to live a healthy and active lifestyle! I am not a doctor or physical therapist, and all of these workouts have worked for me personally over the years.
